The SAP (Events Venue)

Project Description

The Town of Hollywood’s “The SAP” is a 211-acre property located off highway 164. This property is a former horse farm featuring groups of hardwood stands mixed with open fields, pasturelands, and forested land. The southern end of the property off Toogodoo Road has marsh with a low-water creek and saltwater pond. The facility is not open daily, but currently serves as a special events venue for the community. The Town hopes to eventually open the park to the public daily for passive recreation.
