Property Description

This property is located in the St. James-Santee Parish in eastern Charleston County approximately 5 miles north of Awendaw in McClellanville. The tract contains 96 acres of loblolly, longleaf, and pond pines with a dense understory of hardwoods. Within the 96 acres, there are approximately 6 acres of isolated wetlands. Two blackwater cypress ponds are located just south of the road that traverses the tract and are easily accessible by foot. Open land is limited to an interior road totaling less than 1 acre.
