Magnolia Park and Community Gardens

Project Description
The Magnolia Park and Community Garden is the Charleston Parks Conservancy’s newest and largest community garden to date. The park is located in West Ashley near Avondale at the corner of Magnolia Road and Sycamore Avenue. The City of Charleston owns the land that is managed by the Charleston Parks Conversancy as a passive park and community garden site. In addition to the Greenbelt Program’s deed restrictions, the East Cooper Land Trust maintains a conservation easement on the land.
