Currently it can be rented for quiet getaways, family vacations, wedding receptions, business meetings, family reunions, picnics, banquets, oyster roasts, and Christmas parties.

• Lake House with outdoor reception has a capacity of 150 people
• 22 Acre Pond with boardwalk/bridge to island
• Future use as a regional county park that will be linked to adjacent park lands providing miles of walking, hiking and biking trails
