Park Description

The Ten Mile Community Heritage Farm property is located on Seafood Lane and Robbie Glover Road. The project consists of 6.87 acres with 1.7 acres of wetland and has extensive views of the Copahee Sound. The Ten Mile Neighborhood Association will manage the land for community garden spots. The property is near the Ten Mile Community’s community center and park on Seafood Lane. Directly across the road from the property is the Gadsdenville boat landing, managed by the Charleston County Park and Recreation Commission.

Charleston County Council awarded $1,072,700 in Greenbelt Program funding to purchase this property for public use.
